He doesn't return rental deposit when you move out

Please do not do business with EZ2Let Property Management or find a renting place through them. They are. I moved out of VICMAR PLACE in sonneglans end of Feb 2013, and up to this date I have not received my deposit back. He (Adrian Coetzee) keeps making excuses about the money and he is now pretending as if he cant hear me on the phone when I call. He is so unprofessional. He checked the apartment before I moved out and he agreed that everything was in order and he will return my deposit, but hasnt. I am now looking for legal assistance to deal with him.
