Apartment Box Not Refunding Security Deposit

I am also having a similar problem with Apartment Box, they are practically refusing to pay my security deposit. They have had many different reasons for not paying, among them that they made a mistake and put payments by another tenant into my statement so I must produce proof to them that indeed I made payments.
