FALSE REPRESENTATION

Chas Everitt are using a picture of the inside of my 2 bedroom apartment to advertise someone else's unit. When the agent was phoned and asked why - he simply didn't think that it was a problem as my unit had been multi listed. Is this an ethical way of selling a property??? Do you sell a house down the road, by advertising another house, just because it is in the same street.
