Terrible service and Robbed me of my deposit

I rented an apartment at "the link" from renprop and no in going inspection was done. We cancelled our contract early and paid a cancellation fee which came out of our deposit (this was acceptable). They also charged me for re-cleaning the apartment we already cleaned twice and a mark on the kitchen wall.

I had arranged on 2 occasions with their inspection contractor Roy for an out going inspection. he missed both appointments and I eventually had to give the keys to him to inspect the apartment by himself - huge mistake. They charged me a fee of R890 for a scuff mark in the kitchen and R640 for cleaning the place which we had someone clean twice before (apartment was cleaner than when we left it).

I have on numerous occasions asked for the inspection to be redone with me present and they clearly refuse to do so. From looking at the other complaints on this site, it seems this is a that is going on for a while now. They would rather help line the pockets of their contractor Roy, then act in our best interest of a paying tenant.

I'm frustrated and I've also lost a portion of my deposit which i doubt i will get back.
