Huurkor is the worst property agent

I have been renting an apartment with Huurkor, i was given a sudden 2 months notice to move out due to due to owner seller the place, now i'm told i will not get my deposit back due to the damages, there is nothing but marks on the wall, they say that it will cost them R5500 to remove it..and now the apartment is on the market for far less than i was paying for it..can i take any action?
