Pam Golding Margate terminated their services

PGM terminated their management agreement with our Body Corporate on the 12/11/2013. In the letter of termination it was stated that all accounting records, & documentation will be handed to us on the 30/11/2013 including funds. Funds were not transferred, excuse was that it was Saturday!
Have not received financial statement for November '13, and we paid them for the month. They can not even do the calculation for the water and elect. correctly for the 4 owners.! We shudder to think what has happened to other complexes that are bigger than ours.
8 boxes were given to us with doc's. 1 box is not for our BC. Filing a disgrace No final bank statements.
Had to get a lawyer to write a letter for funds to be paid out.
From the 28/11/2013 to date of letter R16k was paid out of this account without the approval of any owner.
It is now one month since termination and we still have not received all our documents. Have sent e-mails to Dina, she has made a number of promises, then that day comes and just goes.
Have phone regional manager and Cape Town head office. They also just say they will find out what she has done. We have assured them that we have not received anything from PGM.
