No follow up of Tenants breach of contract

My tenant has not paid me for 4 months, I contracted PGP to collect the funds on my behalf and no funds have been collected, I have to to pay the utilities, water and electricity and my mortgage for 4months. The service received was shocking as I have to do reconciliations and remind them that the tenant hasn't paid.
