Access denied to the trustees' minutes

I have e mailed Pam Golding countless times to give me documentation regarding my Sectional Title Scheme Bella Toscana but to no avail. I have even personally gone to Pam Golding to demand access to the minutes. On 2 occasions they have not allowed me past the reception area and shown me the door yet I am a paying client of theirs as they are the managing agents of my scheme. Their excuse is that the Scheme is under sub judice. The Sectional Title Act states that the Body Corporate must give me access to documentation of the Scheme of which I am an owner. In Fact Annexure A no.12 of Pam Golding's Managing Agent's contract confirms that they must give access to information regarding the sectional Title Scheme.
