No Responds from Chubb 14 Days since Cancellation

I have send my Cancellation letter to Chubb on the 22 August 2013 to Warren Fortuin the Liaison Manager who then got his agent Palesa to make contact with me via e-mail to advice me there is a month notice which i do understand that my services will then be terminated at the end of September 2013. Since then i didn't hear from them again regarding my cancellation i have stopped the debit order at the bank and where by they were notified Prior to me Doing IT, as there is no funds available in my husbands account i am begging them for bank details so i can do EFT payments to them so the account can be up to date by the termination date of services. I have send 4 E-mails to Chubb whereby i didn't receive one reply from them. But then they are very quickly to hand One over when payment not received. I have given all e-mails i have send to them begging them for Bank details to make payment to them through to my attorney. So i am challenging them to try and hand my Husband over to LEGAL for non PAYMENT, then they have now not seen the last of Me MRS K Rudolph. So they better get their ACTS together and start to communicate with their Clients.
