Paid up lette

The last and final payment came off my account on the 29th of November 2013, up to date I have not received a paid up letter.
I have been calling and every time I get sent from pillar to post.

The last debit that came off my account was R31 over and this is the reason apparently that I cannot get the letter, I got so irritated that I even told them to refund me the R31 so that I can be able to get the letter.

CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY PAID UP LETTER.
