Rented house not cleaned and no repairs done

We went for the inspection yesterday, only to find that the place is in a bad state, the carpets are not clean, there is a blind in the lounge that is lying on the floor witch cynthia says we must get put up, there are ants in the main bedroom that is coming out the floor, and the garden has weeds and its hasnt been cleaned up as yet, didnt cynthia say she was going to sort these things out, and she gave us 7 days to inspect te house from yesterday, how are we going to check the drains if we are not living there?

Just Letting Head office can you please sort this out, this is really bad service!!!
