Just Letting
Dont let from JUST LETTING (holiday letting)

I booked for my honeymoon with Just letting, we were due to book check in on the 10 September into Del Su Me. We arrived at the just letting offices and collected keys to the chalet/flat. When we got to the chalet, the remote didnt work, so we called Roxanne and she brought us a new remote, which was faulty (it worked intermittently). She made no attempt to try to get someone to fix the remote or to send us to a new accomodation temporarily, when we entered the chalet (eventually), there were so many gates to go through (one of which didnt open, we needed to open it the wrong way round), the chalet was dusty and dirty. The floors hadnt been cleaned, and the appliances needed attention, there were ants in the kettle and the iron blew up when we tried to use it. The dstv decoder was missing and she knew nothing of it. this resulted in us having to hire movies from the local store for the duration of our holidays, on asking her to refund us, she agreed, but we got no refund. I asked for a 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom, she gave us a 3 bedroom which we really did not need.
I strongly recommend NOT using JUST LETTING for holiday accomodation. I certainly will never use them again.
