Just Letting
NO ETHICS - Don't ever use them!

Just Letting is the worst company you could possibly use as letting agents. We moved into our house in Boksburg around 5 years ago. Never missed payments, looked after the house, added a garden that was never there before and were (I believe) good tenants. While we had to deal with one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with (Shanti), we found ways to avoid contact and were really happy living there. The issues began when we decided to move out. My wife and I took it upon ourselves to find new tenants for the place, and easily found people to move in. Some of the carpets had been damaged, so we found new carpets and went so far as to organise a contractor to replace the carpets as we knew we would have to do it. We confirmed the costs with our contractor and were under no illusion that we would have to lose out on a good portion of our deposit. Truth be told, the relationship had soured so much that I would have been more than pleased for them to use the entire deposit so that I could have them out of my life. Then I received the invoice for work done on the house after we had left... The most ludicrous charges I have ever seen in my life...
