Budget gave me a FILTHY ca

I rented a Toyota Etios from budget. The car was not cleaned. There were papers, coins, earrings, paper clips, crumbs and dirt everywhere. The seats were badly stained (do not even want to think what the white-ish stains are). The middle back seat belt had a huge knot in it. The other back seat belt was mangled and not useable. There were no carpets on the floor and the material covering the floor was badly torn. On the outside the car had greasy hand prints and other dirt. Celeste (lady who rented me the vehicle) told me that the man who cleans the car does not do a good job. In my opinion the car had not been cleaned at all. If it had been, at least the money would have been "cleaned" away. Proof that no one cleaned the car and that Budget's system of checking vehicles after return is pathetic. Do no rent from this company.
