Empty Promises

We viewed a property on 7 Sept and signed a lease. We had 2 conditions. To move in 21 Sept and to have the place cleaned. The place was standing vacant for some time. Neither Roxanne, Divan or Helena could manage to allow us to move in nor to have the place cleaned. Despite my many calls and visits we moved into a place yesterday (1 Oct) that was not clean. I know I will be expected to leave it clean when I move out. I even got quotes to have it cleaned - all to no avail. Just Letting is uncaring, uncooperative and an utter disappointment to deal with. Good management is replaced by to clients. Consider to change your name to Just Letting People Down
