Astrodon does not care about its clients

My ceiling started leaking about 2 nights ago and I immediately reported it to the agency the morning after. I was then informed that this was a body corporate issue which has been escalated further. The day went by and I did not receive any assistance. The following night, it stormed heavily that the following moring my lounge was flooded with water and yet I had put about 5 buckets all over the kitchen and the lounge to avoid the water from damaging the place. I then followed up with Astrodon again and I was told that they will make a plan as this is an emergency. After following up 3 times and threatened not to pay my rent, they sent people to look at the roof tiles and fix them but they did not do anything about the water that is on the ceiling still dripping into my house. I then suggested that they get a tape or something to at least cover the holes on the ceiling temporarily as they advised that they will need to replace the ceiling. I followed up the whole day and just before 4 oclock on Friday I was informed that no one is coming to my place and yet Jacob advised me that Andrew was going to arrange for people to close the ceiling temporarily.
