Refer claim number 34PPUK. During the storm in Cape Town, water got into my ceiling, ran down the walls in my dining room and damaged the ceiling. I put in a claim for the ceiling damage, and you told me you want pay because I did not maintain the wear and tear of the nails on my roof tiles. This is LAME! I pay R500 per month to cover me for this kind of incident. If you don't pay to fix the ceiling, I will take my insurance to a reputable supplier. (And my credit cards, check account, bond etc...). PS. Twice I have been called to say that you wont pay, and twice have asked for email confirmation and twice have received NO RESPONSE.
