PAID FOR A MOBILE HOME AND STILL WAITING FOR DELIV

I purchased a mobile home from Leon Mare and paid R40 000.00 (Nambian Dollars) on his request into his sisters account as there was a "problem" with his account. When I want to collect the Mobile Home from the property where it stands I was informed by the owner, Yesco of Boerman Brok in Nambia that Mr. Leon Mare owe him money and that he is keeping the Mobile Home as "security" for payment. To date hereof Mr. Mare and his sister refuse and/or neglect to pay back my R40 000.00 (Nambian Dollars) or to deliver the mobile home to me. I am a widower and cannot afford expensive lengthy legal costs.
