Service level is still pathetic! MD don't care?

After making a complaint the last time on HelloPeter, the MD (Michelle Persson) of Lumic Property Consultants contacted me. She sighted that I should have raised my concern to senior management (seems like this is her standard response to complaints), but I copied her on my my complaint emails (she denies receiving them).
Going forward I continued to copy her on all emails with issues. In one of her own email to Michline and Leanne (Lumic Porfolio Manager), she even said "MichLine or Leanne, Attend to this today please, this is ridiculous that clients are not given simple feedback."
However, things did not change, still slow response, sometimes even no response from porfolio manager (again Michelle Persson was copied on all the emails). For example, it took me 20 days to get a statement out of Lumic for my unit. Thereafter, another 22 days to receive a refund that was rightfully due to me as stated on the statement they sent me ealier.

I feel her business reputation is going down the drain and she doesn't even care enough address it, while clients are just getting fed up with the pathetic service.
