Unable/unwilling to assist with billing error

My wife and I are letting out a unit in The Kanyin, which is managed by Lumic Property Consultants. We pay the exact amounts on the levy statements every month with out fail. Last week Wednesday I received an SMS stating that my October levies have not been paid and my TPN rating has been adversly affected by this, a quick check on my internet banking clearly shows that the amount was paid in full on the 26th of September.

So I phone the number on the SMS to query this and I get told there is an amount of R900 outstanding, but no one can tell me where this amount comes from. I point out that NO ONE bothered to contact me either via email or telephone, to advise me of any outstanding amounts, they were happy to just nuke my rating. I go back another 3 months while on the phone and I cannot see where this outstanding amount comes from. Neither can Lumic, because all of the accounts people are on training.

Thus far, I have made 3 phone calls to try and resolve this and I am getting batted away each time because no one is available to investigate. Until some one can prove otherwise this is a problem on their side, and they must sort it out.

This is just pathetic.
