Deposit Refund

I paid a sum of 7000 of which 3500 was for march rental and another 3500 for deposit, i was told that i ll get my deposit when my contract lapses on the 30th.07.2013. I move out end July however, to date my deposit has not been refunded and i am being given a run around and told stories, and to top it off the agent Mr brandy hlongwane cannot even produce my contract with harcourts even though i was promised a copy when i moved in. I have all the receipts that prove the payments i made. Please assist before i take the matter to the small claims court
