Fairprop taking there own time

Our home loan with standard bank was registered on the 30 September 2013. the contract agreed with the agent states that the house was supose to be painted inside in its entirety prior to registration as well as ceiling board was too be replaced. as of this morning being the 15 october nothing has been done yet. also he hasnt given me the electrical, plumbing certificates and beta certificate. it is hard getting hold of the agent as he doesnt answer his phone. and when he does he is always tells you about some family emergency and while he has my sympathy the least he can do is keep me informed. the most upsetting part of all is that im expected to pay a bond as of this month for a house that i am not yet living in. very dissapointed in his services
