ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE

They issued the previous owner of the house with the compliance certificates for electrical and plumbing but nothing is compliant in the house. We have contacted them on numerous occasions as they are well aware of all the faults in the house. One of their electricians came out to the house twice but just leaves without finishing the job. The owner Paul is never available to take your calls so i think that their service is bad as i work for a property management company and one of our departments uses them now and then at our buildings but even they are not happy with their service. I have two young kids and with lose wires in the house i am frightened.
