I have two claims with the insurance.

The first claim, the insurance repaired the damage to the ceiling, but two months later cracks appeared in ceiling as the contractor did not repair the ceiling correct. I have been calling non stop every time and tried getting hold of the contractor and insurance, but the insurance every time say they will follow up but never do.
This is poor and expensive service which I am paying for and they very unprofessional. The policy states the damage will be repaired to the state it was before, yet the ceiling look worse than what it was.
Can you please get the contractor to come out and fix my ceiling.

My second claim is rejected because of electrical current. When I bought the house a electrical certificate was required by the bank. They got this and everything was fine as I got insurance on the house and bond. Now less than one year later the stove broke and they say that there to little current flowing to the stove that is why it broke.
This is not my problem as ABSA sent out the electrical contractor before I got the house and they signed everything off. This is therefore a ABSA fault and not mine. I will not leave this claim.
