Unreasonable Claim of Rental Deposit

I rented with Smile Properties from Oct 2012 until Sep 2013, I e-mailed them requesting for correspondence regarding me deposit and this is the response I received with half of these being false and unreasonable.

"Herewith possible deductions after comparing various inspection lists. Please go through the list and reply as to facilitate us in the pay-out of your deposit. Clean unit - kitchen - inside cupboards, shelves, draws, stove on top, inside oven, bathroom - bath, basin, shower @ R 650 . Replace missing oven pan @ R 135. Replace main switch for stove pushed in @ R 350. Refit light fitting in bathroom hanging out of ceiling @ R 250. Paint - living room - dirty marks, furniture marks and double sided tape on wall. Main bedroom - furniture marks and dirty marks on walls. Bedroom 1 - furniture marks and dirty marks on walls. Passage - dirty marks on walls @ R 2216. Bathroom - ceiling and walls - mildew on walls and ceiling @ R 1500. There is R 990 late payment administration fee that will be deducted as stipulated in clause 6.3. Late payment dates 5/11/12, 5/3/13.
The list goes on. I'm pursuing legal advise and my advise is never to use this agency. no customer service.
