STD not moving at all to resolve the problem

Good day

I do not see any progress from STD bank on trying to resolve the issue. STD bank sent the inspector only to take pictures and that is the same inspector who confirmed to STD bank that the house is 90% complete which is not, then he has to defend himself. I was hoping that if STD bank is genuine on taking care of his clients they would send an indipendant and nutrual inspector for a new report.

You dont even need to be an expect to see that the house without plumbing, electrical cabling, no fittings and without the following: roof, plumbing and electrical certificate can consititute 90% completion. There is no double car port, there are still trees where it is suppurse the entrance to the house and the roof is not complete. You can still seee the sky when you are inside the house but there is roof.

With all the above, STD bank does not even have the 10% left and what they do they say it went to service the bond and what the is that?

It is clear that there is a in this case, because there is information furnished which lead to a finacial transaction which the information is incorrect and it was furnished incorrect delibarately.
