Just Letting
They are charging me for a place I dont stay at

Real Estate

I had a lease with Just Letting that I cancelled before my lease expired. I gave Just Letting a one month's notice notifying them of my wish to move out of the place. The Consumer Protection Act states that you must give a 20 working days notice to notify the landlord that you will be moving out of which I did. I gave my notice on the 30th of October notifying the agency that I will be moving out on the 30th of November of which I did and gave them the keys on that day. I understand that I have to pay the Landlord REASONABLE AMOUNT for the inconvenience. The agency has not paid me my deposit and is still continuing charging me for rental of the place I moved out in November plus the lawyers fees. Is paying for a place that I no longer reside in reasonable fees???

People be warned of Just Letting, before you sign on that lease THINK TWICE!!!
