JUST LETTING DOES NOT CARE!!!

On Monday, 4 February 2013 at 11:01:03 I replied to an advertisement on Private Property Listing on the website with ref: RR594779 which was advertised for rental. I viewed the property and was interested to rent. Thereafter I went through all the administrative stuff with JUST LETTING / JUST PROPERTY GROUP EQUESTRIA. My application as tenant was approved and I got a welcome letter to tell me I have to pay 50% of the deposit within 48 hours to secure, which I did. I went to their offices to sign the Lease Agreement on 21 February 2013 at 08:00. On 22 February 2013, after I have given notice where I stay and the place is rented and planned my move, Leonora van Zyl called me and told me the property is not up for rent anymore, which left me with 4 days to seek other accommodation. To date I do not have my deposit back and had no help whatsoever from JUST LETTING. WHOW and they call themselves professionals, what a joke. So their contracts are not worth the paper it is written on and you cannot trust them. Now I am sitting without a place to stay and they could not care. GREAT FOR YOU JUST LETTING! PLEASE CHANGE YOUR LOGO TO "RENT THROUGH US WE WILL PUT YOU ON THE STREET! "
