Just Letting
Failing To Return Deposit

I rented a property from Just Letting for 18 months. I then gave notice which they informed me must be 2 months in advance. I found a place I wanted to move to but it was available immediately. I asked Just Letting if I could maybe move out earlier and they said they would get back to me, which they never did.
On Thursday 29 August they (Just Letting called me and told me that they have found a new tenant who wanted to move in on the 1st of September. They wanted me to confirm that I would be moving out on the Saturday 31 August (which gave me two days. I needed to finalize with the new rental company and told them so. Friday morning they called me again, demanding an answer.. I got the go-ahead from the new place and informed just letting on friday at 12H46. They then told me to move out the saturday as their new tenant would move in the sunday 1 September. I moved out in all haste on saturday and did not hear anything from them again. On monday I called them asking when the final inspection would take place. They did this at 15h00 and only then told me that the new tenant dissapeared. Now they refuse to refund my deposit
