Poor Service from a Renting Company

I occupied premises of Palm springs in Brooklyn through the agent Chorus Letting and I have received the most bad service ever since I started renting through this agency. I have been using Rawson's Properties which has the best service that I will recommend to any one.
I moved into a very filthy place full of cockroaches and when I spoke to Collette who happens to be the Secretary told me another story, spoke to Jacques who promised that all will be cleaned.
Jacques promised to spray the place which was done and he promised to send the cleaning company to clean after the spray, till today we did our own cleaning. My couches still smell the spray as I cant afford to have them cleaned. The Carpets are still dirty. Jacques gave me a number to phone Y? It is the Agent responsibility. I contacted the agent regarding the remote to access the premises and no response till today we almost slept outside as the security wanted to scan our documents which is not a security for us. Please poor people with no money to buy your own house kindly screen the Property agent as Chorus Letting is the WORST. I have 4 months to end my unsigned lease and it will be the worst ever. LACK OF COMMUNICATION
