Rudest People I Know

I had arranged a meeting with one of the sales persons. We were scheduled to meet at 12 (I had double and triple checked the appointment. I had explained I didnt have long as my lunch break is only an hour. I waited on the road under the sign board (as we had arranged). I waited for 10 minutes. I then SMS'd twice. Then I called and a lady answered, I asked her where the man was that I was supposed to meet. She said he had a meeting to attend and will not be coming but she will come instead. I said that he should have called to let me know he was not coming and I said it is very unprofessional on their behalf. She said these things happen and anyone who lives in a 24 hour day knows that these things happen and she will not apologise for being late or rude. I told her she was very rude and I will not be investing my money with the company and walked out. I then called the company and asked to speak to the owner. The receptionist then said that the lady who had been so rude is infact the owner. So who do I complain to. How does this company think they can treat people this way and get away with it. I am at a loss. On top of it all, my cellphone was while dealing with this company.
