Over selling of vouchers on Groupon

I bought a voucher for this SPA for a VIP full day package for 2 on Groupn for this Spa. I called a month later to make a booking and i was immediately told all Fridays and saturdays are fully booked quite rudely by the receptionist. I was told the owner is unavailable and i should have checked before buying the Groupon for availability.

I then called again and they didnt have any bookings in May 2013. I then arranged for leave in July for my wife and I. I called again today to speak to the same RUDE receptionist. I asked her their availability for the 30th July 2013 and she said all Fridays and Saturdays were booked. I then told her its a TUESDAY check your calendar!!! She then tells me all days in July are booked. I then told her when do they have any availability and she tells me the 13 August 2013... 1 day before the voucher expires. I think these people are underhanded by selling vouchers on Groupon but not having the capacity to meet it. Furthermore their attitude is atrocious for a SPA!!!

I think they should be exposed for the that they are.
