Rude late and unapologetic

Waited for 15 minutes after the start of my appointment before someone helped me. Asked the receptionist twice about when when my appointment would start and she insisted it would start shortly without explanation and apology. Appointment only started 15 minutes afterwards and only after I started complaining about how rude it was did the therapist and receptionist apologise. If I wasn't so desperate I would have left. I certainly will not return.
