RUDE / IGNORANT / UNHELPFUL & DISCONCERTING

Stefanie at the CRESTA Spec Savers is one of the rudest people I have dealt with. For a company that prides itself on helping people, she did nothing of the sort.

I called to make an appointment for the lady that works for us, as her son has a problem with his eyes, that need seeing to. I have previously made an appointment on her behalf for her younger son, with no issues, and thought why would it be any different this time. I was sorely wrong!

It was an effort for her to take my details on Esther's behalf and proceeded to get stroppy with the fact that I am now giving my details. Long and short of it, her sarcasm was very unprofessional and her attitude doesn't not warrant working in the industry she does.

I will definitely not do anything through Spec Savers again, and will be sure to never refer anyone to any of their branches either. Because of a lady that was inconsiderate and disconcerting, she has succeeded in giving Spec-Savers a very bad name! That is the only praise I will be giving you Stefanie. I hope you pride yourself on being a rude person!
