Avoid this unprofessional Car Service City

As CEO of a company working to support small companies, I decided to cancel my service appointment at my dealer and take my car to the little Car Service City branch in Auckland Park. Turned out to be worst decision I have made in a long time. The main culprit is a woman called Palesa who is the front of house. She is an incompetent, rude and unprofessional somebody who turned my experience there into a horror. First, she quoted me on the phone and when I called back to confirm the quote she had no idea - her response "I do a lot of these things so I don't write them down". After reminding her of her figures she asked that I report this morning. On arrival I reminded her that I needed to get to an urgent meeting (something I shared on the phone). She asked that I move the car to the parking lot. While I was doing that she started dealing with a client that arrived after me. Her response " I thought you had left". I attempted to explain my important meeting again and she walked away mumbling. I left as she busied herself with the person who came after me and who she had clearly given my slot for the day. No service, no meeting. A disgrace. Franchise owner needs to investigate this.
