Very bad customer service

I am still very angry even to now i cant believe a person can be so rude. I was at their office by 8 and i waited until 8hr30min to be rudely told that i can not sign the lease now as Jacob stated that he was too busy to entertain customers. I do not believe such a company can be so disorganised and rude. I even experienced rudness to other cistomers that were coming in for help only to be turned away as the employee was "busy doing head office stuff" So my question is that they would rather turn customers away just to do their reports!!!

Thie is a very bad experience too bad i still have to stay at the flat!!! I know i am blavk but why is it that black people are always rude toward other fellow black people??? I hope the company deals with the issue
