Charging ridiculous amounts for items but lying

So we where charged R360 - for changing a light bulb we were told we would not be charged for by wayne. he kept telling us the night we did the handover that he was just noting it down however we would not be charged for it and yet we were charged. i mean really R360.00 for a light bulb??? does it have gold lining to it or something?? what a load of . these people need a serious wake up call someone with tremendous power to take them on and knock them out. they at every chance they get. we have had a huge loss due to their negligence and yet we still get crapfrom them. im going to look into the development board here and take them up. disgusting people to have to have ever meet in our enter lives. remember is watching and karma is certain.
