I serviced my 2013 VW Polo 1.6 Comfortline at VW Arcadia (2013.10.09), the dealership where I also bought the vehicle. It was the first, 15, 000 km service. I am totally dissatisfied with the service for the following reasons:

1. When I bought the car in May 2013 the sales person told me (after me asking him) that the first service would be more or less R 800. I was given an invoice for R 1, 967.50. The only additional work done was replacement of a bulb (which cost me R 131.59 in total) and the wheel alignment (which cost R 199.50).
2. The technician who replaced the light bulb soiled the light coloured roof lining with his/her oily hands.
3. The service light was not reset.
4. Although my vehicle was washed, scrap paper and dead leaves were still visible inside.

All this brings into question whether the service checklist was even performed and if I payed for /no service!!! I have also had no feedback from Stephan after bringing the matter to his attention!!!
