False advertising of non existant Property

We sourced online for a house to rent in Kibler Park. As we saw a property we liked, we did contact the agency. They call themselves link property, but their real name is Pro Link Design. They advised me to pay a fee of R350 that would ensure that, we get the relevant address details. We did pay, passed on POP and never heart anything from them, when we tried to phone them they just don't answer or the voice mail says that this number doesn't exist. Fee paid no service delivery whatsoever, just another. So please be careful, if you get to a company with the above mentioned name.
