Asked to leave over a lightbulb

I took my car there for new wipers and assistance with a dim headlight issue. An hour later and without my authorisation they replaced the wrong headlight it seems after first telling me it was just a loose connection. When I discovered that night the replaced headlight was facing down towards the ground I returned to them the next day to get it sorted. I had called ahead in the morning to let them know the issue. I was treated with disdain right from the start of my return visit. They simply put ANOTHER new bulb in to the side that was easier to get to. When I tested the lights on site and it was clearly still not OK I was told a load of about the light needing balancing and I'd have to book it in. When I queried how they could let me pay yesterday and drive away without checking their workmanship I was asked to leave immediately with the new bulb without paying. I said I wanted to pay for the new bulb but was refused. Such a simple issue and this service centre can't even get that right.

In a score for CAR SERVICE CENTRE next door I immediately went to them where they spent 10 minutes fixing the position of the first bulb and they took no money for doing this. Good on them.
