This is a brief outline of my dissatisfaction with Renprop represented by Kara Peach.
Kara Peach showed us a unit which we wanted she noted we were the first to view & had nothing to worry about in terms of losing it. She sent all documentation through which we hurriedly filled out. Kara noted we would have to wait until Mon. to finalise. Needless to say Mon. she did not get in touch, we had to follow up, & I received a 2 line email letting us know that the unit was taken. At no point did she notify us that she was still showing the property & in fact, when we asked, she once again told us there were no concerns. As it transpired the flat was let out at over R1500 than she indicated to us.
I believe the business ethic is lacking in this agent & unfortunately the directors, Russell Peach & Mike Walters, who were notified in writing of this dissatisfaction have also not contacted me back to amend my perception of Renprop.
Renprop is an estate agency which ticks every box in terms of the negative stereotype! I will not engage again & will ensure that I advise against on every occasion. Simply look elsewhere if seeking property or only engage owners directly. Appalling.
