Utterly disappointing service/ customer interact!!

The first issue we had with the company was, our geyser that had stopped producing HOT water, for a couple of days. Contact been made to RenProp about the issue, the lady we spoke to first initially told us they could not assist as people where on leave during those days and there's little she could do, eventually after calling many times and raising my voice demanding this be fixed as this was not my issue as a tenant she than came around and sent someone on CHRISTMAS EVE to assist us with the issue we where having in our flat, there after about 2 weeks, we decide to buy a BRAND new washing Machine, the problem started when trying to connect the washing machine on the kitchen tap, it was tightly closed and very well rusted! A couple of calls where made for assistance and we where told this would be for our account to settle??? how? We had just moved in 2013 August! Finally my partner gt a plumber to hv a look at the tap, it was opened for us, only to find the THREADING on the tap was messed up, old and rusted this was again reported to RENPROP and nothing was done! A couple days of calling we where told once again it's for us to settle!
