RIP OFF - WORST SERVICE EVER

I rented a unit from their Ferndale Complex from 1 August 2012 on a one year lease contract. At the ingoing inspection I noted that the lights were not working and the towel rail was broken which was reported on the snag list. I contacted Renprop to inform them however they did not want to pay the maintenance contractor and therefore they were never fixed. Upon moving out they now charged me R660 for damag for the non-working lights and towel rail, and in addition charged me R600 to clean a unit less than 50sqm which I had cleaned spotlessly prior to moving out. They refuse to refund me saying that their lease agreements were changed after I had signed mine and they can therefore charge me any amounts they like - they are well within their rights. I will never do business with the again as they gave me the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
