Renprop and empty promises

In March 2013 I signed a lease with renprop for a double bedroom unit at laborie village. The place was not in a good condition since we moved in and they have been promising to renovate the place. It's almost a year now and they have not came. They deduct money every month.. and we even payed an inspection fee but they never do anything about the bad condition of the unit. The bathroom is the worst, the shower door keeps falling...
