Non responsive to call, txt and messages

I have been trying to get hold of Mathew since forever to view 2 properties listed on Private Property after speaking to the manager that I had to call thrice did he eventually call just to let me know the properties have been let one far back as Aug yet its still advertised. Same with Sheree has about 8 units listed on the same site as NEW listings send her a txt 15 Dec and message via the site no response. This morning again and the response " sorry no units call back 6 Jan" I think that a holiday is way more important than a potential client. I really don't think I can trust Renprop
