R17000 dep. rental Departing tenants to pay cleaning [URL Removed] email to Russel Peach ; arranged cleaning.2 occasions I cancelled, had flu R200 fine threat by Renprop/Letter from Alan Levy states unit prestine, not true. I have copies of emails sent. Epileptic daughter, Iona, disabled, my wife had 2 nervous break-downs. Screamed twice Renprop threatened eviction. People had all-night drunken parties nothing said. Abusive towards disabled tenants. Downstairs bucket of filthy nappies left daily, suffered the [URL Removed] ignored. My daughter, Joyce, checked inventory with Jacqui De Mata, informed things missing, we had never seen. Ryan of Renprop, checked inventory with my wife on leaving found 2glasses 2mugs missing. I still don't have copies of lists.
Charmaine Renprop cleaner said I'd must replace carpets. There was an iron burn mark on one carpet on arrival
Informed deposit R9000 attached/demand of R51 900 made. Informed flat repainted and carpets replaced/UNILATERAL DECISIONS.Appears Renprop maintenance made a fortune.
Accept replacement cups etc/cleaning, but R60 000 loss crazy.
I dont have assets.
