Terrible service from little store at chats centre

I visited a little store, next to chats centre today round 4:20.I always shop at this lil store as they have trendy clothesall at R50 each.the cashier swiped my debit card, then started staring at something out of the store. I saw the machine which prompted to press another key for the copy of receipt as it had gone through.the lady still insists it did not go through, even after I told her it did. I asked if there's paper in the machine n she insisted there was without evn checking.she swiped my card agsin, it prompted for a supervisor I'd. I worked on a till nd know how to operate one, by then I knew payment went through twice. I was getting impatient as my hubby wasn't well n was waiting with my crabby baby outside the store. she needed to chek if pmt went thru twice.that's wen she decides to send sumone to buy a roll of paper.she ignored me while serving other customers n kept shouting at me over the blaring music.wen we finally got a receipt, she takes a hundred rand from the till n leaves it with my card n turns to walk away! she WAS wrong bt stl decided to give me attitude.wen I askd for the manager she sd dyr nt allowd to giv that info! N ds is we're I spend round a grand/month!
