Swiped card twice!

I went to collect my order of two pizzas for R103.80. A task that shouldnt have taken me 30 minutes of arguing. I paid with my debit card. As the machine was waiting to send the signal one of the workers decided to do a reprint on the machine for a previous sale. I know this was wrong to do. I was told to swipe my card again although no receipt came up to decline the purchase. As she swiped it for a second time, I realised the purchase went through twice. I ended up arguing with the assistant manager Thuli who was adamant that the purchase went through once and that she couldnt help. She argued and kept interrupting me when I asked her to give me a simple solution of resolving the issue which she failed dismally, no apology and no solution to the problem. Now instead of the store dealing with the issue, I have to log calls with Absa Bank which is taking me forever too. Thank goodness I receive smses from the bank on my transactions otherwise I would be paying double for meals. I wonder how many other customers this assistant manager is charging double for their meals. I certainly don't recommend this store to anyone the service was shocking and I paid double for two cold pizzas.
