Expect pathetic service

We have been complaining about our water pressure for the past two months without any success. We stay in a 3 bedroom apartment. The water pressure is so weak that we cannot use our shower, we can only use our bath. (which takes about a half an hour to fill to an adequate amount). There is times when we do not have any water. The staff at Dickson does not keep record of our complaints. Over the past 2 months 3 different employees tried to help us without any success. Apparently two of the employees we spoke to, doesn't work there any more. This is extremely frustrating. Disgraceful service.. I will NEVER EVER rent from Dickson (BRACKENFELL) again.
