Bad Attitude from the manage

I went to the store on Saturday 12th Jan 2013 to purchase a MP3 Player. i went to the till to pay for the item. they swiped my current account card which was debited from my account, then proceeded to inform me their was a problem with the transaction. My account is linked to my phone which showed the transaction went through and was paid and deducted from my account. The store said it was not paid for, so i called the manager to explain. I told the manager it showed on my phone that the transaction was paid for, he said it was not and i must pay again or get out of his store. I told him I was not going anywhere til this matter was resolved. He said I must get out of his store or he would call the Centre management to have me forcibly removed from the store. On this I left the store and went to the Centre manager and told her what had happened, to which we went back to the Store with the Centre Manager. She tried to resolve this matter to which the Manager threatened me again and started shouting at me. He would not listen to reason and would not check his account to see if it went through or not. Instead said i must leave. I demand a formal letter of apology on his behaviour.
